As CPO and co-founder, I lead the technical development of our platform and tech stack while co-driving operations, strategy, and company management.

With 20 years of experience in product management, strategy, and operations, I have built and led product teams from ideation to implementation, including pioneering a carbon registry standard and driving landmark carbon transactions.

I am passionate about nature-based solutions because they create a triple win - restoring ecosystems and mitigating climate change, supporting people and livelihoods, and enhancing biodiversity.

As the Co-Founder & CEO, my primary role is to serve our team to do their best work. On the business front, I spend my time on Origination and Commercials while setting up the scaffolding for the Business Ops, People Ops, and Marketing teams.

I have been in the carbon markets since 2007 and have spent my professional life managing large capital projects or consulting for organisations operating in agri-food or nature.

Serving nature, doing what it is best at doing - regeneration, visualizing outcomes, and watching wonderful things unfold brings childlike excitement to me.

I lead our talented engineering team in creating innovative solutions that help scale the impact of our nature-based solutions. I'm passionate about harnessing technology to create a meaningful environmental change.

By financializing what we care about, we make it count. Money is the unit of caring; pricing is the crucible where values are forged into reality. I'm excited to be a part of this work in carbon - helping carry humanity one small step further along the long ascent toward markets in everything.

Part of the origination team, with a background in urban and regional planning, and building expertise in carbon projects, I focus on stakeholder engagement and connecting strategy with on-the-ground impact.

As Head of Science and Technology at Thryve Earth, I lead cutting-edge R&D on biodiversity conservation and carbon market solutions.

With over 15 years of experience managing cross-sectoral projects across Africa, Asia, and Europe, I excel at translating scientific insights into real-world impacts.I

am passionate about leveraging nature-based solutions to drive equitable climate adaptation, enhance socio-ecological resilience, and foster sustainable land management at scale.

I lead the technical aspects of carbon projects at Thryve, providing in-house expertise on methodologies, standards, and best practices. My role also involves fostering a culture of innovation, education, and training to advance our impact.

Previously, I worked at South Pole and South Africa’s Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment, gaining extensive experience in both compliance and voluntary carbon markets, particularly in AFOLU sector projects. This experience allowed my passion for the natural environment to flourish and reinforced my commitment to leveraging nature-based solutions to mitigate carbon emissions.

I am a multi-disciplinary environmental and sustainability practitioner with close to two decades of experience having trained in environmental technologies alongside ecological sciences.

Native to the biodiversity rich region of the western ghats in Karnataka, I have always been curious about how natural, environmental and social systems interact with each other while exploring how interdisciplinary approaches and systems theory can better inform developmental challenges.

At Thryve.Earth, I work with different teams on various aspects of project design and implementation strategies, with a focus on nature-based solutions and carbon assessments. I find the opportunity to work on restoration programs and agroforestry projects alongside different communities both challenging and exciting at the same time.

As Head of Marketing at Thryve, I lead our efforts to build a strong brand presence and attract financing. Through brand development, content strategy, and targeted engagement, I work to reinforce Thryve’s position as a leader in high-quality nature-based solutions.

Prior to Thryve, I worked across various industries (predominantly B2B SaaS and financial services) helping businesses clarify their positioning, build trust with their audiences, and drive growth through effective storytelling and outreach.

With 6+ years of experience across Banking & Financial Services, IT, and SaaS, I bring a broad perspective to hiring, leadership development, and team engagement.

I lead the end-to-end product design process, focusing on creating intuitive and user-centered interfaces. I'm especially excited about working in NbS, where thoughtful design can help scale impact and make regeneration more accessible.

As Climate Finance Lead, I spearhead project financing initiatives for Thryve’s projects globally. With over eight years of experience in investment banking and climate finance - including successfully closing ~$1B in cross-border M&A and project financing transactions - I bring deep expertise in structuring equitable, transparent financing mechanisms.

I'm passionate about catalyzing carbon removals at scale, solving structural problems, and serving both nature and our planet.

I am a Project Operation Analyst at Thryve, focused on originating end-to-end carbon solution projects, particularly agroforestry initiatives integrated with biochar solutions. I also drive compliance efforts and navigate voluntary carbon policy dynamics across diverse geographies, including Indonesia, Ghana, and the Philippines.

I bring expertise in carbon markets, accounting, clean energy, youth empowerment, and social inclusion to the team. I am deeply passionate about advancing place-based solutions to foster regenerative ecosystems and mitigate climate change.

My role involves leading the end-to-end technical development of nature-based carbon projects, including PDD preparation, carbon modelling, and project registration.

I do all the odd jobs, working primarily with the founders on top-of-mind items. I previously worked at Bain as an Associate Consultant in their Private Equity practice conducting due-diligences for leading PE/VC funds on assets ranging from Wind Turbine manufacturers to Lab Grown Diamonds.

I think climate is the defining crisis of my generation and NbS is a key enabler of the green transition.

I’m a marketing expert at Thryve, specializing in narrative-driven content that drives engagement. With a background in brand collateral design, market intelligence, social media management, and CRM, I bring an analytical approach to storytelling.

NbS is very close to my heart, and I'm delighted to be here at Thryve.Earth, doing my part for ecosystem regeneration by innovative marketing efforts.

At Thryve, I develop geospatial analyses that drive our carbon project development through cutting-edge remote sensing and GIS analytics. My work spans from baseline measurements to monitoring landscape changes that tell the story of ecosystem regeneration.

My journey through IIT Kharagpur and ISRO's Space Application Center equipped me with the technical skills that I now apply to our nature-based solutions.

I'm driven by seeing our digital analyses translate into real-world environmental benefits - where careful mapping today helps forests thrive tomorrow.

At Thryve, I lead our Biochar initiatives, overseeing the planning and deployment of Biochar projects on the ground. My focus is on diverting agricultural and forestry residues that would otherwise be openly burned or sent to landfills. By transforming this biomass into biochar, we not only prevent CO₂ emissions but also lock carbon into the soil for long-term sequestration - one of the most effective nature-based solutions for carbon removal.

I am a chemical engineer with a master’s degree from Germany and an MBA from the UK. With 21 years of experience I have successfully installed and operated multiple pyrolysis plants, bringing deep expertise in biochar production and deployment.

I am passionate about nature-based solutions because restoring the planet’s balance is no longer a choice - it’s a necessity. For too long, we have taken the Earth for granted, and NbS offers a path to repair the damage and build a more resilient future.

I'm a Remote Sensing and GIS Specialist at Thryve, specializing in geospatial data analysis, LULC mapping, carbon modeling, and machine learning to support nature-based solutions (NbS).

With over six years of experience in GIS, remote sensing, and predictive modeling, I’ve worked on ARR and REDD+ projects, integrating satellite imagery, deep learning, and statistical models to generate actionable insights.
